Delta Sands operates a 3-million-ton-per-year wet sand facility near Buffalo, Texas, strategically located to serve the Western Haynesville and surrounding markets. The facility produces high-quality 40/200 mesh sand and is designed for high-volume, reliable production and efficient truck loadout. “Product specification sheets and supporting test data are available upon request.”
Built on experience gained developing and operating Performance Proppants, the Delta Sands facility was engineered around a straightforward philosophy: maximize throughput, simplify operations, improve uptime, and reduce customers’ delivered cost per ton.
Facility Design
- Wet-Plant Configuration: High-throughput washing, classification, and stockpiling with redundant pumps/screens.
- Dewatering / Decanting Field: Top of the line system ensuring consistent ±5% moisture at load-out.
